Rick responded to our inquiry about a property, even though he was out of town with his family. He was very helpful with the whole process, referring us to a mortgage company, septic inspection, and home/property inspection. Any questions we had were answered quickly. He is very friendly, personable, and helpful. We even had mimosas at the closing. Great gentleman. Recommend him highly.

Rick and Jenn were beyond amazing! This was our first home purchase and they took the time to answer every little question and had an eye to look at things we weren't even aware of. They went above and beyond to accommodate our ever changing schedule, even if it meant meeting virtually with us late night and having a list of new homes to view the next day. I could not have asked for a better support system!

The Bosley Team made the sale of our home as smooth as I could have imagined. Rick and Jenn provided excellent service throughout the whole process. They expertly managed all of the work that needed to be done ahead of the sale and right through closing. I no longer was living in the area, so I was relieved to work with someone I could trust to handle all the details. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and went out of their way to make sure that our home was ready to show and competitively listed. I'm glad to report that thanks to their work, we were able to sell far above the price I had initially expected.
